Installation

The ION-E100-HD can rest on a flat surface, such as a desktop, or be secured to a mounting structure using the enclosure's mounting holes.

1. Choose a location with airflow around the unit.
2. Leave sufficient clearance for cables at both the front and rear.
3. If mounting the unit, use the available mounting holes. Mounting screws are not supplied.
4. Connect the HDMI source, network, and any required audio, serial, or I/O equipment as described in Product Overview.
5. Supply power through the terminal block or a compliant PoE source.
6. Wait for the device to reach the ready state before starting Initial Setup.

Advertencia

Do not damage the enclosure when securing mounting screws.

Normal startup can take one to two minutes. See LED Status to identify boot and ready states.
