Device Care

Disconnect the dock from power and remove all cameras before cleaning. Keep it away from corrosive substances and do not pierce or scrape the product.

Cleaning

1. Use a dry, soft-bristled brush or compressed air to gently remove dust and debris from the cradles and connectors. Do not insert tools into the USB-C connectors. Keep ventilation openings clear.
2. Clean the exterior with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and a non-abrasive, solvent-free neutral soap or detergent. Keep liquid out of the connectors.
3. Dry the exterior with a soft cloth to prevent water spotting.
4. Make sure the dock and cameras are completely dry before reconnecting power or charging.

Advertencia

Do not use solvents such as thinner or benzene. They can damage the product's surface.

Storage

Store the dock between -20 C and 65 C (-4 F and 149 F).
