Safety Information

Advertencia

Read these instructions before connecting power or inserting cameras. Use the power adapter supplied with the docking station, or an IONODES-approved replacement compatible with the product's labeling.

Power and Handling

  • The dock requires a 24 VDC power supply rated for at least 180 W. Do not select a replacement adapter by connector fit alone.
  • Keep the dock and its connectors dry. Make sure each camera and cradle are completely dry before charging.
  • Do not force a camera into a cradle or twist the USB-C connector.
  • Do not use damaged power cables, adapters, or connectors.
  • Disconnect the dock from mains power before cleaning.
  • Disconnect power before moving the dock.
  • Route power and network cables so they cannot be pinched, strained, or pulled accidentally.
  • Do not open, modify, or attempt to repair the dock. Service must be performed by authorized personnel.
  • Do not pierce or scrape the product, or insert tools into its connectors.

If the dock behaves abnormally, disconnect power and contact IONODES support before using it again.

Environment

Operate the dock between 0 C and 40 C (32 F and 104 F). Place it on a stable, dry, well-ventilated surface away from liquids and heat sources. Leave adequate clearance for cables and heat dissipation, and keep the enclosure's ventilation openings unobstructed.

The dock's operating range is narrower than the camera's charging range. Follow the dock's limits when charging through the dock, as well as each camera's charging precautions.

See Device Care for cleaning and storage instructions and Troubleshooting if the dock does not operate normally.
