Cameras do not charge Dock has no power or the adapter is incompatible Check the mains connection and use the supplied 24 VDC adapter or an approved replacement rated for at least 180 W.
One camera does not charge Camera is not seated correctly or the USB-C connection is obstructed or damaged Check that camera's seating and inspect its port and cradle connector. Keep connectors dry and clean; do not force a damaged connection.
Charging is slow or pauses Temperature is outside the supported range or ventilation is obstructed Check the dock's 0 C to 40 C operating range, keep ventilation openings clear, and review the camera's charging precautions.
No visible camera LED feedback LED brightness settings or Covert mode suppress visible feedback Check the camera display and see LED Status.
No cameras transfer recordings over Ethernet Shared uplink cable, network connection, or switch link is faulty Check dock power, the Ethernet cable, and the switch connection. All cameras use the same uplink.
One camera does not transfer recordings but others do Affected camera has different docking, network, or integration settings Check that camera's Enable Online Mode setting, Ethernet details, network access, and VMS or cloud integration. Shared uplink activity does not confirm that this camera is online.
Ethernet is connected but recordings do not transfer Camera network access or receiving-system configuration is incorrect Check each affected camera's network access and VMS or cloud integration. Inspect transfer jobs and errors in the receiving system.
Transfer is slower than expected Shared network or receiving-system capacity is limited Check the negotiated uplink, shared network traffic, and receiving-system performance.
Camera does not fit or seat correctly Wrong camera model, obstruction, or connector damage Do not force it. Confirm that the camera is a BC200, then inspect the cradle and connectors.

For camera-specific power and startup checks, see BC200 Troubleshooting. For receiving-system configuration, use the Integration Guides.
