Hard Reset Recovery

Use hard reset only when the body camera is unresponsive and normal controls cannot be used.

  1. Press and hold MENU + SELECT + FUNCTION + POWER together for more than 10 seconds.
  2. Release all buttons after the reset is triggered.
  3. Wait for the camera to restart.
  4. Complete Initial Setup before resuming normal operation.

Note

Hard reset is a recovery action and is not part of normal day-to-day operation.

Thermal Protection

At elevated temperatures, the camera may reduce performance to protect hardware and maintain safe operation.

In high-temperature conditions, recording or live-streaming performance can decrease, and the device may stop recording or shut down if temperatures continue to rise.

If this happens:

  • Move the camera to a cooler environment.
  • Keep it out of direct sunlight.
  • Stop charging until the device cools.
  • Resume operation after normal temperature is restored.
