Cleaning

  • Disconnect external power and any PoE connection before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth on the exterior.
  • Keep liquids away from connectors and openings.

Warning

Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products. Do not immerse the device or spray cleaning liquid onto it.

Condensation Precautions

When moving the device between cold and warm environments, allow it to reach room temperature before use.

Warning

Do not power the device if condensation is present or suspected. Wait until moisture has fully evaporated.

Shipping and Transportation

Use the original shipping box and packing materials whenever possible. Protect connectors and the enclosure from impact during transport. Contact IONODES if inspection reveals damage before returning the device to service.
